the first thing you got to do bro is get the motion of spinning the bars down, and learn to drop your hand, thats key because thats the secret to a nice looking bar spin... once you got the motion down find a sick fly out and do like 5000 haha, (its important to keep your leg straight and keep your head over your stem) once you got them good learn it out of flats banks, and then learn the hop bars, hop bars are the hardest way to do a bar spin by far!
